By 2022, Events of the Essence, LLC transitioned to full-time event coordination, planning, and décor needs, expanding to meet our clients' diverse requirements for their special occasions, including essence weddings.
As a premier Syracuse wedding planner, Events of the Essence is a multi-service company dedicated to helping clients create unforgettable moments.
Additionally, we have expanded our services to include home staging and interior decorating for both homes and offices.

We have discovered throughout the years that many brides and grooms misunderstand the wedding industry roles and responsibility.
A wedding planner is a professional who plans the wedding alongside the bride, coordinates the vendor team, helps select a floral designer, other vendor and often partners with them in the wedding design, maps out the budget and timeline and coordinates the entire wedding day and very often the weekend events surrounding the wedding.
A wedding coordinator is typically a professional who coordinates the logistics of the wedding day. Those using this title are typically “day of” coordinators, with the extent of their role limited to implementing what the bride has specified. They usually do not help plan the wedding day, although they can be very valuable in problem solving on the wedding day.
Wedding designers usually focus on the décor of the event, with all other details being secondary to them. More times than not, these wedding professionals have a floral or decorating background.
Events of the Essence, LLC we do it all. But there are packages available for services separately if you want.

Starting Investment:
Weddings
starting at $3000.00 plus
Custom planning tailored to your vision, guest count, and wedding day needs, Final pricing is based on scope, services requested, and event complexity.
Corporate Events:
starting at $3500.00 plus
Each proposal is custom-built to align with your objectives, brand identity, and operational needs.
Private Events
(birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, and children's parties)
starting at $1500.00 plus
Each celebration is thoughtfully designed to reflect your vision while delivering a seamless stress - free experience.
Non-profit and Religious functions:
starting at $2500.00 plus
We proudly support non profits and schools with custom planning solutions designed to maximize impact while respecting budget constraints.
We accept cash or credit card payments. All contracts include specific individual payment plans. A 35% retainer fee is due upon booking with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding day.
We provide services for corporate events, bridal showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, holiday dinners, baby showers, engagement parties, and more.
